What can I expect from a session?

The workout begins with mat based exercises that prepare for standing. Moving on to bespoke barre and custom choreography. Weights, resistance bands, and the Bosu Ball have also made appearances during a session. Workouts vary and are tailored on each individuals goals.


Do I need to know about ballet?

Absolutely not! You will be guided through everything you need to know.


What should I wear?

What you feel most comfortable in. Leggings, leotards, body suits, are all options. Ballet slippers are not required but welcome.
