I love working out with Nancy–it’s like working out with a good friend who knows you well enough to laugh with you but also to push you when you need it. As a member, I get as much out of a live drop-in class over zoom as I do Nancy’s pre-recorded sessions. I come away from one-on-one workouts with her feeling grounded in the movements I then practice more consistently during the week with her pre-recorded sessions. Her humor, warmth, and the tone she sets–focused yet fun–is unlike any other instructor I’ve had.

It was by sheer fortune that a virtual community class … lead me to Richer Movement. I recall being on the mat following Nancy’s lead while feeling not only inspired but awakened to a new kind of strength and resilience.
I was motivated to find her series immediately and become a member. I did this the very next day and have been a member of the Richer Movement for two years. I do sessions alone or with my children and feel that the this series enhances my yoga-life balance.
