The goal of our work together is to help you become attuned to the movement, strength, and fluidity of your body. Her unique program provides a real and authentic distillation of the training she received throughout her career as a ballerina, and her extensive teaching experience.

The Practice is not about fitness for fitness-sake, but about experiencing the transformative qualities of dance and ballet techniques to achieve a deeper relationship with your body.
